Random snobbery
Do you ever have those things you just can't buy cheaply? I mean you could, but maybe you have what I call a "random snobbery". Maybe it comes with being a rotten, spoiled, American, but there are just some things that I have to have a certain way.
I really didn't noticed my random snobbery until I got married and started sharing life with another human. We've always tried buying things on the cheap, you know, like cereal, bread, milk, laundry detergent, bath soap, crackers, dish-washer detergent. But there are just some things that I cannot seem to make myself buy cheap. My toilet paper has to be Cottonelle, my trash bags have to have the drawstring, and my paper towels have to tear on the perforated edge. My socks have to be sport-style and thick in the heel and my pizza rolls have to be Totino's.
Now I know this seems to be a little backward from the usual saving tips, but I can't help it.
Do any of you have random snobberies? Just that one thing that you have to have just right?
PS. If there are any representatives from Cottonelle or Totino's reading this, I am open for discussions regarding endorsements.
